Orders are processed and dispatched within 5 days from order confirmation and payment.

Shipped strictly through reputed domestic courier services and India Post Speed Post.

Delivery and tracking details are confirmed via your registered email ID and contact number.
Standard Shipping & Delivery Terms

Courier Modes: The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only.

Dispatch Timelines: Orders are shipped within 5 days from the date of the order and/or payment, or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivering of the shipment, subject to courier company / post office norms.

Courier / Transit Liability: Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company or postal authority.

Delivery Address: Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Devotees are requested to ensure pin code accuracy to avoid transit rerouting.

Electronic Delivery Confirmation: Delivery of our services and shipment tracking will be confirmed on your email ID as specified at the time of registration.

Non-Refundable Shipping Charges: If there are any shipping cost(s) levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case may be), the same is non-refundable.
Sacred Prasadam & Energized Merchandise Care
Hygienic Tamper-Proof Packaging: Holy Prasad (dry sweets, mishri, sacred vibhuti, and holy threads) are sealed in sacred tamper-evident pouches to protect their sanctity during transit.
Consecrated Spiritual Items: Energized yantras, gemstones, and idols are packaged with cushioned shock-resistant materials to ensure they reach devotees without any physical blemish or damage.
Tracking Your Consignment
